Description

• As our Technical Pre-Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our Sales team, forging a new path towards groundbreaking solutions that resonate with our clients. • You will bridge the gap between the sales and technical teams, providing technical expertise during the sales process, ensuring customer requirements are translated into innovative, tailor-made solutions that surpass their expectations and align with Lifecycle’s product offerings. • This is an exciting new position which requires a deep understanding of BSS platforms, strong communication skills and a track record of achieving sales quotas and targets. • The Technical Pre-Sales Manager will report to the Sales Director.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage. • In depth knowledge of BSS platforms, Online Charging Systems including Diameter protocol, Radius protocol, CRM, billing, order management and customer care solutions. • Experience with cloud based BSS solutions and understanding of SaaS models. • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations and protocols e.g TM Forum, 3GPP • 4 or more years of professional experience in technical pre-sales or solution engineering roles, ideally within the telecoms industry, with proven success in customer-centric environments. • Proven track record of supporting the achievement of sales quotas and targets through effective pre-sales activities. • Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy to understand terms for non-technical stakeholders. • Strong problem solving and collaboration skills. • You must have demonstrable experience of building relationships with customers and internal teams. • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and with autonomy. • Commitment to customer excellence for prospects, new and existing customers. • Strong belief in overall customer and partner success.
