📋 Description
• Responsible for meeting internal and external LifePoint customers' needs. • Act as a liaison for software issues and/or optimization. • Provide HIM IT support: Analysis, Coding, ROI. • Support the quality initiatives throughout the organization. • Maintain strong collaborative relationships within facilities.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems (preferred) • Computer Science or related experience. • Knowledge of multiple workflows in Patient Access environments (HIM, Registration, Scheduling, Customer Service, etc.)
