📋 Description
• Responsible for supporting Cerner HIM systems and Revenue Cycle Management. • Acts as a liaison for facility departments and IS for software issues or optimization. • Provides subject matter expertise in Electronic Health Records (EHR). • Supports deployment models in health information management workflows to improve patient outcomes. • Collaborates with Cerner Oracle team for ongoing improvements and solutions for non-clinical documentation systems.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems (preferred) • Computer Science or related experience. • Knowledge of multiple workflows in Patient Access environments (HIM, Registration, Scheduling, Customer Service, etc.)
