📋 Description
• Director, Master Data Management directs the day-to-day activities of the Master Data Management Teams. • Collaborates with Functional Team Leads to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and security of data assets. • Defines and maintains the organization’s data architecture, including data models, data flows, and data integration processes. • Establishes data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance. • Develops and enforces data security and privacy policies to protect sensitive and confidential data. • Leads Data Stewards responsible for advanced data modeling and database query activities. • Responsible for efficient and effective work processes of the Data Management team.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in the areas of computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field. • Master's Degree (preferred) • 9+ years of experience. • Experience being part of a shared service organization • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) • Servant leadership abilities • Relationship building skills • Proven track record of delivering high quality and actionable results.
