• Direct the day-to-day activities of Master Data Management Teams • Collaborate with Functional Team Leads for data accuracy and security • Establish data governance frameworks • Define and maintain organization's data architecture • Implement data quality assessment processes • Develop data security and privacy policies • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations • Facilitate effective communications among team members • Lead Data Stewards for data modeling • Manage efficient work processes of the Data Management team
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or related field • Master's Degree (preferred) • 9+ years of experience • Experience in a shared service organization • Must manage a portfolio of work and effectively delegate
