📋 Description

• Director, Master Data Management directs day-to-day activities of Master Data Management Teams. • Collaborates with Functional Team Leads to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and security of data assets. • Defines and maintains organization’s data architecture, including data models, data flows, and data integration processes. • Establishes data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance. • Implements data quality assessment and improvement processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness. • Develops and enforces data security and privacy policies to protect sensitive and confidential data. • Establishes master data management (MDM) processes and systems for consistency and standardization of data elements across the organization. • Ensures compliance with relevant data privacy regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA or CCPA. • Manages team through workflow and delivery deadlines, communicating effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in the areas of computer science, information technology, soft-ware engineering, or a related field. • Master's Degree (preferred) • 9+ years of experience. • Experience being part of a shared service organization • Excellent communication skills [both written and verbal] • Servant leadership abilities • Relationship building skills • Proven track record of delivering high quality and actionable results.
