📋 Description
• Manage Endpoint Management Engineering team supporting Microsoft SCCM/Intune platforms • Lead, mentor, and manage engineers focusing on endpoint management • Oversee administration and maintenance of Microsoft SCCM , Intune and Autopilot • Develop and execute endpoint management strategies ensuring compliance with security standards • Act as point of escalation for technical and operational issues • Oversee endpoint management-related projects ensuring timely delivery
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) • 5+ years of experience managing Microsoft SCCM, Endpoint Management, and Intune • 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role with direct reports • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and associated technologies • Familiarity with OSD (Operating System Deployment) • Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell) • Strong understanding of Packaging applications and deployment • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a technical team • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
