📋 Description
• Responsible for managing the monthly balance sheet account reconciliation process. • Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and effective management. • Investigate and resolve balance sheet account reconciliation variances. • Support quarterly review and annual audit processes. • Interact with CFOs and site owners for balance support. • Assist with special projects to support HSC Accounting department. • Ensure compliance with GAAP and healthcare industry regulations. • Perform balance sheet account analysis for trends and variances. • Observe internal controls around reconciliation processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in the areas of Accounting/Finance. • Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably within the healthcare or hospital industry. • Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred. • Licenses: Maintain Active CPA License (Preferred).
