📋 Description
• Work with People Services systems and data to gather, analyze, and present insights and reports. • Execute subject matter expertise in the People Services Module. • Triage and manage queue and work with Senior Analyst for ticket resolution. • Gather, analyze, and present insights and reports to support decision-making for People Services. • Provide data consultation by analyzing data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations. • Conduct testing to ensure accurate and reliable People Services reporting. • Ensure People Services data integrity and accuracy by resolving data quality issues. • Maintain regular and reliable attendance. • Perform other duties as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree required, preferably in the areas of computer science, information technology, soft-ware engineering, or a related field. • Masters Degree (preferred). • 7+ years of Experience. • Experience being part of a shared service organization. • Oracle Certification (Required).
