🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in People Operations or HR, with at least 3 years focusing on compliance and systems • Demonstrated expertise with HRIS platforms and HR technology integration • Strong knowledge of employment laws across multiple U.S. states and international jurisdictions • Experience partnering with Legal and Finance teams on complex compliance matters • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail • Strong analytical abilities with experience in reporting and data analysis • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex compliance topics clearly
