• The People Partner will be an integral member of the People and Learning team. • Support the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) with execution of all HR aspects. • Participate in all facets of human resources management including operations, compliance, employee engagement, talent management, HRIS, and training & development. • Create offer packages and coordinate employee on boarding. • Administer employee relations, employee handbook changes, maintain HRIS, and ensure compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree minimum: concentration in Human Resources or Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferred; master’s degree in these areas a plus • PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus • Strong working knowledge of Office 365 /MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Notes, Teams, Outlook) • Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in human resources in a corporate environment in a mid-size or larger company • Information Technology and/or Professional Services company experience a plus • Expert attention to detail • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Service-oriented mindset and approach to employee interactions • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work productively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism • Ability to always maintain confidentiality • Strong interpersonal skills • Upbeat, high energy and positive attitude
