📋 Description
• The People Operations Manager is responsible for all people-related functions at Magna. • This includes but is not limited to hiring, onboarding, policy implementation, performance management, and offboarding. • The People Operations Manager will work closely with the Director of Operations and the Executive Leadership team. • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, policy implementation, performance management, and offboarding. • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
🎯 Requirements
• 5-7 years of experience working in Human Resources, preferably in a professional services company. • Extensive experience in all areas of HR, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. • Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. • Proven generalist HR and recruitment experience. • Knowledge of HR responsibilities, systems, and procedures. • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. • Attention to detail and problem solving. • Strong organizational and planning skills.
