Description

• Provide oversight and support for psychiatric clinicians • Engage through coaching and education of new and tenured clinicians • Enhance ongoing clinician professional growth and development • Work in partnership with VP of Operations to enhance, plan for, and implement clinical strategy • Ensure clinical integrity and compliance through monitoring and risk management • Facilitate training, coaching, and education as part of strengthening best practices and fostering professional growth • Provide clinical support and oversight of psychiatric clinicians in assigned region and manage APRN Directors

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. • 5+ years clinical experience • Experience in medical leadership • Active DEA registration • Applicable board certification • Excellent verbal & written communication • Exceptional team and staff level engagement • A commitment to continuous learning and improvement based on current clinical best practices and standards of care • Experience managing a diverse team with a track record for hiring, coaching, and retaining strong talent • Proven ability to improve business processes, methods, quality, and decision-making to achieve meaningful, measurable improvements • Experienced Clinician with demonstrated ability to develop the clinical practice of other clinicians • Effective at communicating and translating complexity to a clinical audience • Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate clinical compliance risk
