Description

• Responsible for managing and growing relationships with LifeStance’s largest patient referral sources • Collaborate with leaders to increase awareness and drive referrals toward clinical service offerings • Troubleshoot barriers for a seamless referral process • Develop educational opportunities with marketing and clinical teams • Analyze market dynamics and inform strategic decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare or a related field • 7+ years of account management and/or business development experience, preferably in healthcare services • Experience working in the behavioral health industry is preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint • Proven track record of growing a book of business and successfully achieving targets • Analyzing structured and unstructured data to draw actionable conclusions • Passionate about mental healthcare and LifeStance’s mission • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Detail oriented • Cross functional collaboration • Solution focused • Proactive self-starter • Effective listener
