📋 Description

• Lifeway is seeking an Outbound Sales Specialist • Responsible for identifying and pursuing new church opportunities • Establishing relationships with existing churches to grow their ministry needs • This is an excellent position for someone passionate about our mission and wanting to sharpen their selling skills • Lifeway has a strong Work from Anywhere (WFA) culture • Remote-eligible with autonomy and flexibility with work hours • Provide equipment and resources for productive workspace • Building relationships and community is essential to how we work together • Occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required • Bachelor's degree preferred • A strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience growing customers via video conference, phone and email conversations • You have a competitive spirit and are not afraid to ask tough questions • You are a go-getter, full of energy, and curiosity • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of success in generating new business • Strong negotiation and closing skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently • Familiarity with SalesForce and sales reporting tools • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment • A passion for sales and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs • Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church • 1–2 years of experience in account management, ideally in a sales or customer-facing role
