Description

β€’ Responsible for monitoring and processing data. β€’ Analyze error trends and break fixing. β€’ Operational support for business-critical reports and dashboards. β€’ Ensure data integrity and availability. β€’ Troubleshoot data and server issues. β€’ Handle client requests and escalations. β€’ Collaborate with the engineering team for issue resolution. β€’ Attend client and stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

β€’ 1-2 year experience in a technical support role. β€’ Advance knowledge of SQL and Linux-based systems. β€’ Ability to work 24/365 shifts is a must. β€’ Effective verbal and written English communication skills. β€’ Strong time management and organizational skills. β€’ Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and time efficiently. β€’ Self-motivated and able to take responsibility. β€’ Ability to mentor and conduct training sessions for other team members. β€’ Ability to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks. β€’ Ability to dive deep into a problem to provide outcomes for customers.
