Description
• Oversees Medicare Operations teams to support Part D clients • Responds to questions related to claims adjudication and Part D guidance • Provides day-to-day supervision and direction to Medicare Part D Operations teams • Ensures work deliverables meet quality goals and timeframes • Participates in client meetings and provides necessary information • Provides ongoing training for staff development
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) • 2 – 5+ years’ related experience in a PBM or Managed Healthcare setting • 1 year of supervisory experience required • Good understanding of prescription claim processing concepts and Medicare Part D benefits • Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) and familiarity with databases
