• The Vice President of Innovation leads Lightcast’s public outreach of market research and data, positioning the company as a global thought leader in labor market analytics. • This role combines expertise in data science, storytelling, public speaking, and network development. • As the company evangelist, you will create and present innovative research that addresses key challenges in the future of work, showcasing how Lightcast’s solutions can meet customer needs. • You’ll represent Lightcast at conferences and events, share in-depth labor market data, build strategic relationships, drive internal innovation, and identify new business opportunities. • Read below to learn of the details of what we're looking for:

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred). • Expertise in data science and labor market analytics is highly preferred. • Proven thought leadership experience: publishing research, public speaking, and translating data into compelling insights. • Strong strategic and business development skills, with experience in building partnerships across enterprises, universities, and governments. • Team leadership experience, ideally in a fast-paced, scaling environment. • Experience in public engagement, including media, social media, and conference presentations. • Ability to travel frequently and work remotely.
