Description
• Join LightFeather, a Woman Owned Small Business. • Responsible for administration and maintenance of the DHS ServiceNow environment. • Actively participate in Agile teams, aligning software development with mission-critical needs. • Transform and troubleshoot ServiceNow implementations. • Manage configurations and provide Tier 2/3 support. • Engage in advanced script development and data migration activities. • Support end-user training and ensure thorough documentation for configurations.
Requirements
• US Citizenship. • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the Public Trust or above. • 6 years for Senior role, and 9 years for Lead role in implementing ServiceNow solutions. • Minimum of 2 years working with an Agile implementation framework. • Minimum of 2 years implementing systems using Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Minimum of 1 year in administration of a ServiceNow instance. • Familiar with IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes and IT Service Management (ITSM) principles. • Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and GlideScript. • Strong technical skills including workflow configuration and business rule development. • Experience in customizing UI and creating complex workflows. • Knowledge of methods for integrating with external systems. • Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges. • Detail-oriented with problem-solving and analytical capabilities. • Positive contribution to a team-oriented environment. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
