• Support the Partner Operations team in streamlining sales processes by eliminating bottlenecks and inconsistencies to boost productivity across sales. • Keep Partner Operations policies, processes, and project updates well-documented and up-to-date, ensuring easy access for all team members. • Help coordinate cross-functional projects, including managing project documentation, tracking tasks, and organizing and documenting meetings. • Keep internal data accurate and organized by regularly cleaning, segmenting, and aligning information used by customer-facing teams. • Manage essential reports, handle ad hoc list requests from Salesforce, and provide backup support for reporting needs as required. • Assist with the administration of Salesforce, Outreach, and other tools, and help prioritize projects related to these tools.
• Familiarity with sales processes and operations in a SaaS organization. • Previous experience with a CRM, Excel/Sheets, and other Partner Operations tools/systems (we use Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong, but experience with all isn’t required). • Knowledge of analytics, including both interpreting and creating reports. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to think strategically, juggle multiple projects, coordinate details across teams, and meet deadlines. • Solid technical and non-technical problem-solving and organizational skills.
