📋 Description
• Set quarterly OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for your team • Create and implement strategic programs that improve the art team's efficiency, influence, and productivity • Project out growth and hiring needs for the art team • Manage a team of Fresh Prints Team Leads to help them manage their direct reports (artists and art assistants) • Analyze team data and drive your team around hitting metrics • One-on-one meetings with your direct reports and with the VP of Art • Deliver yearly performance reviews to your team (both direct and indirect reports)
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Team Management • Experience in graphic design (or willingness to learn) • 3+ years of experience managing strategic programs • Total proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel • Experience in analyzing data • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
