• Proactively engage with customers at risk of churn • Manage churn requests within your portfolio • Work closely with onboarding and support teams to ensure excellent customer experience • Advocate for customers with internal stakeholders • Identify areas of process improvement for enhanced efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an accredited University • 1-4 years of Customer Success/Account Management/Sales experience • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) • Ability to manage a large volume of tasks independently
