🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing outbound Sales Development Representatives with an emphasis on cold calling • Passionate about training, coaching, and developing sales talent • Experience generating talk tracks and ability to guide sales teams in tailoring their communication strategies to different customer profiles • Track record of success managing high-performing sales teams • Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach and Nooks a plus
