• Analyze Current Processes: Evaluate existing data operations to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. • Develop and Implement Solutions: Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity in data operations. • Monitor Performance: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of process changes on data operations. • Daily Operations Oversight: Manage and oversee daily data operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. • Resource Allocation: Coordinate resource allocation to meet operational demands and optimize productivity. • Problem Resolution: Address operational issues promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions in data operations. • Project Planning: Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones for operational initiatives in data management. • Execution and Monitoring: Execute projects according to plan, monitor progress, and adjust as needed to stay on track. • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. • Model Development Support: Functionally support the development and refinement of AI and machine learning models through effective data operations. • Data Tagging and Preparation: Oversee news and event tagging, call transcription, and other data preparation activities for model training. • Team Leadership: Manage a large team based in the Philippines and Portugal, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. • Training and Development: Mentor and develop team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively. • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience in process improvement and operational management, preferably in a technology or market intelligence company. • Experience with data operations and AI/machine learning model development support is highly desirable. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. • Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). • Familiarity with data operations and AI/machine learning processes. • Should be able to create and manage detailed process maps. • Identify process improvement opportunities based on staff interviews.
