• Oversee planning & operations of donor relations, marketing, and event planning • Develop strategies to expand donor network and increase donations • Create stewardship programs and monitor department activities • Work with volunteers to optimize outreach and fundraising efforts • Review donor giving patterns to improve responses and donations
