Description
• Oversee day-to-day planning & operations of donor relations, marketing, and event planning departments • Develop strategies to expand network and increase donations • Assist CEO in handling internal affairs and executing strategies • Create and monitor stewardship program for donor levels • Ensure departments execute Linc Worldwide’s mission and maintain budget • Strategize and review ROI of department activities • Review reports of donor giving patterns to improve responses • Oversee Donor Relations Officers and volunteers to solicit donations • Conduct market research and analyze trends of non-profit organizations
Requirements
• Strategic view of an organization • Superior decision-making skills, analytical and creative thinking • Strong PC skills and ability to learn new software • Subject to background check • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent leadership and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and commitments at the highest level. • Sound judgment in situations requiring independent decision-making and in handling confidential and sensitive material • Subject to background check
