Description

β€’ Lead and oversee complex commercial real estate projects for a prominent national client. β€’ Develop and implement strategic project plans, including defining scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. β€’ Lead and manage multiple high-profile projects for a large national client simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. β€’ Monitor project performance, track costs against the program budget, and address any deviations from the plan. β€’ Provide leadership and direction to project managers and cross-functional teams, setting clear objectives and ensuring high performance. β€’ Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, negotiating contracts and managing performance to meet project requirements. β€’ Identify and assess project risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to address potential issues proactively. β€’ Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality benchmarks.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the commercial real estate sector, including substantial experience at a director level. β€’ Demonstrated success in managing multiple high-stakes projects for large national clients from inception to completion, with a proven ability to balance competing priorities. β€’ Exceptional leadership and organizational abilities, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving project success. β€’ Superior customer service skills and a strong focus on client relationship management. β€’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences. β€’ Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello). β€’ Effective time management and multitasking capabilities, with experience in managing project costs and budgets. β€’ Ability and willingness to travel approximately 3-4 times per month to oversee project sites and client meetings. β€’ High level of strategic thinking and initiative, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. β€’ Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and guide teams to achieve project goals. β€’ Proven ability to navigate complex project landscapes and deliver results under pressure.
