• Realizar visitas a clientes das regiões determinadas, com foco na venda de produtos e serviços; • Cumprir as metas estabelecidas, tomando ações para cumpri-las e superá-las; • Desenvolver estratégias de vendas de acordo com a Política Comercial da Cia e do perfil de cada cliente; • Aprimorar o processo de individualização do atendimento dos nossos clientes, verificando todas as suas necessidades; • Solucionar problemas dos clientes, sejam eles por uso inadequado do produto, ou ainda, usos de produto incorreto; • Verificar a hipótese de auxílio técnico da equipe da LEB; • Fazer todas as anotações, mantendo um prontuário de cada cliente; • Organizar um plano de acompanhamento de visitas mais frequentes, sempre que avaliar esta necessidade; • Prestar muita atenção ao andamento do mercado em geral, reportando-se de maneira clara, objetiva e de acordo com regulamento interno; • Avaliar preços, produtos e condições oferecidas pela concorrência;
• Formação Mínima Ensino Médio Completo ou Cursando Graduação em Administração, Engenharias em áreas correlatas. • Formação Complementar Desejável Inglês e Espanhol Básico; Pacote Office. • Conhecimento básico, conceitual e prático, sobre equipamentos e consumíveis de soldagem. • Experiência Mínimo de 2 anos como Vendedor ou Consultor Técnico;
