β’ Conduct in-person and/or virtual meetings with Plan Sponsor/Participants to achieve assigned goals and metrics β’ Meet or exceed established goals by increasing retirement plan participation, deferral rates, and average account balance leading to better participant outcomes and increased revenue & market share with assigned Plan Sponsor/Participant book of business β’ Develop a comprehensive understanding of existing/targeted Plan Sponsor/Participants including targeted market segments, how they operate, and/or value proposition β’ Support Relationship Management with retention efforts and look for opportunities to promote other Lincoln services and cross partner with appropriate internal stakeholders β’ You will support regional RC Directors by taking on additional responsibilities to support regional objectives and RPS goals
β’ 1 - 3+ Yearsβ experience in Retirement Plans that aligns with the specific responsibilities β’ Must live in the Vancouver, WA/Portland, OR area and be able to travel frequently in and around the area β’ 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) β’ FINRA SIE, S6, and S63 within 90 days of hire (pre-registration preferred) β’ Life & Health within 90 days of hire (pre-licensed preferred) β’ Experience in Group Benefits (Nice-to-haves) β’ College of Financial Planning or comparable certification(s) or designations (Nice-to-haves) β’ Prior system experience with: Excel, Salesforce, and Teams (Nice-to-haves)
