Description

β€’ Lindblad Expeditions is a true pioneer in Expedition Travel. β€’ The Manager of National & Strategic Accounts is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow and retain key national and strategic accounts. β€’ This role involves managing high-value client relationships, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, and driving revenue growth. β€’ The Manager will work collaboratively across departments to ensure exceptional service and successful implementation of solutions that meet agency needs and support company goals.

Requirements

β€’ BA/BS degree or equivalent industry experience. β€’ 5+ years of sales experience, with a focus on national or strategic account management, preferably in the expedition or adventure space. β€’ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. β€’ Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills. β€’ Ability to develop and implement account strategies that drive growth and client retention. β€’ Highly organized, self-motivated, and results oriented. β€’ Experienced with MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook. β€’ Ability to interact with all levels of staff. β€’ Strong skills in time management, handling multiple tasks, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines. β€’ The ability to work independently as well as with others in a team environment. β€’ Must be able to travel 50-75%, and work remotely (home-based position)
