Description

• The Director of IT - North America is responsible for regional management of Run Time Operations within North America • This role will work in a matrixed organizational structure, supporting external and internal stakeholders • Ensures the smooth running of functions within the IT organization • Responsible for regional systems management and integration function • Champions continuous improvement and works with global Service Delivery function • Provides effective leadership in support of the North American IT organization • Establishes, maintains and monitors IT budgets • Creates vision, clear direction, and strategy for the team

Requirements

• 10+ Years in IT, Systems, Supply Chain, Applications Projects • Bachelor’s Degree Required • Demonstrated success in managing IT teams and functions • Proven experience in executive stakeholder management and collaboration • Experience with and knowledge of IT outsourcing activities in a managed services environment • Strong process management, negotiating, influencing and problem resolution skills • Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment • Experience in business systems and process planning • Knowledge of business environment, service requirements and hospitality culture • Demonstrated ability to assess customer/client needs, creatively approach solutions, decide, and influence appropriate courses of action • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas in easy-to-understand business terms • Ability to accomplish results through others, particularly by establishing relationships, effective controls and leading in a managed service environment, as well as a matrixed organizational structure
