As a result we have become one of the largest educational providers in this field in Germany. • In December 2022 at the Digital Education Awards, we won “Best Digital Learning Product of the Year” and in 2024, Lingoda was included in The Time's list of the 100 best EdTech companies. • We are currently looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager (all genders) based in Berlin or working remotely within Europe. • Your mission with us: • Working hand in hand with our marketing team, you will lead growth initiatives to help us acquire more students through product initiatives. Responsible for student onboarding, the trial experience, early student engagement. This also includes pricing and subscription engine functionality and management. This role will report to the Head of Product and is pivotal for Lingoda as we scale our people, business and products. • Initiatives could include, improving our trial experience, helping our students start their language learning journey, launching new subscription options, adding new languages to our offering, pricing engine enhancements and much more as we develop new opportunities for growth. • Your team team will include engineers, QA, product design and be supported by user research and product analytics.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager • B2C high growth scale up preferably in a subscription business • Experience with pricing and subscription engines and payment providers • Experience working with Marketing and growth teams on growth initiatives • Exceptional project management and organisational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. • EdTech business experience • Multilingual skills and cultural sensitivity are highly desirable
