β€’ Manage inbound inquiries from calls and emails to secure interpreters to cover appointments. β€’ Manage appointments in the assigned language group. β€’ Efficiently input data & maintain accurate database information. β€’ Support overflow inquiries for other languages when needed. β€’ Other duties and responsibilities as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager.

Requirements

β€’ 2 years of experience in customer service call center environment β€’ Professional verbal & written communication skills β€’ Advanced interpersonal, time management and organizational skills β€’ Organized and motivated with excellent follow-through, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills β€’ Proficiency in MS Office applications β€’ Ability to work independently while remaining an effective and efficient member of cross-functional teams β€’ Ability to analyze problems and develop processes to alleviate problems β€’ Strong ability to connect with people from different backgrounds
