Description

• Manage inbound inquiries from calls and emails to secure interpreters to cover appointments. • Manage appointments in the assigned language group. • Efficiently input data & maintain accurate database information. • Support overflow inquiries for other languages when needed. • Other duties and responsibilities as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in customer service call center environment • Professional verbal & written communication skills • Advanced interpersonal, time management and organizational skills • Organized and motivated with excellent follow-through, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in MS Office applications • Ability to work independently while remaining an effective and efficient member of cross-functional teams • Ability to analyze problems and develop processes to alleviate problems • Strong ability to connect with people from different backgrounds
