📋 Description

• Handling and resolving email requests from a dedicated client and interpreters related to scheduling, as the first point of contact. • Assisting in answering clients/interpreters calls, when needed. • Efficiently input data & maintain accurate database information. • Audit database information for accuracy. • Audit schedules for interpreters who are assigned jobs for a dedicated client. • Other duties and responsibilities as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager. • Manage all inbound interpreter calls and inquiries. • Manage all inbound interpreter calls, emails and securing interpreters to cover appointments. • Managing all of the appointments for a dedicated client by meeting both Linguava and client service levels for securing interpreters to the appointments. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of experience in customer service • 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment • Exceptional data entry & accuracy skills • Professional verbal & written communication skills • Organized & motivated with excellent follow-through, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in MS Office applications • Ability to work independently while remaining an effective and efficient member of cross-functional teams • Ability to analyze problems and develop processes to alleviate problems
