📋 Description

• Lead and execute all aspects of e-commerce marketing, including paid media, email marketing, SEO, and conversion optimization. • Drive and enforce A/B testing across ads, websites, and emails to ensure a seamless and effective customer experience. • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints—ads, website, and emails. • Develop and oversee programmatic advertising strategies to optimize customer acquisition and retention. • Leverage data analytics to improve campaign performance and enhance ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring high performance and professional development. • Stay ahead of e-commerce trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Resume in English • English fluency at C1 or C2 level • 5+ years of senior-level marketing experience in e-commerce, with a proven track record of success. • Demonstrated experience executing marketing strategies across multiple digital channels. • Strong expertise in programmatic advertising and data-driven marketing. • Proficiency in A/B testing, performance marketing, and customer journey optimization. • Experience managing and scaling teams, fostering a high-performance culture. • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and digital advertising technologies.
