β’ The Merchandising and Operations Specialist is a client-facing role responsible for managing day-to-day account operations, catalog management, and brand representation for our brand owners' e-commerce accounts across Amazon, Walmart, and Target marketplaces. β’ This role collaborates closely with the Growth Manager, Digital Media Manager, and Design team to drive growth for our clients across these platforms. β’ Key Responsibilities Set up and optimize new product listings across Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and Target Marketplace. β’ Conduct competitive research and suggest improvements for listings. β’ Perform regular merchandising audits and implement necessary updates. β’ Optimize listings by adding relevant SEO terms and search filter attributes. β’ Investigate and troubleshoot listing issues proactively. β’ Lead case log management, follow-ups, and resolution with Amazon Seller Support. β’ Lead new client account launches, coach clients through the onboarding process, and ensure smooth execution of merchandising and operations tasks.
β’ Resume in English β’ English fluency at C1 or C2 level β’ 3+ years of direct experience in eCommerce merchandising and operational/supply chain management. β’ 1+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central preferred. β’ Experience with Walmart, Target, or other eCommerce platforms is a plus. β’ Excellent English language proficiency, both written and verbal. β’ Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other productivity tools.
