📋 Description
• The Merchandising and Operations Specialist is a client-facing role responsible for managing day-to-day account operations, catalog management, and brand representation for our brand owners' e-commerce accounts across Amazon, Walmart, and Target marketplaces. • This role collaborates closely with the Growth Manager, Digital Media Manager, and Design team to drive growth for our clients across these platforms. • Key Responsibilities Set up and optimize new product listings across Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and Target Marketplace. • Conduct competitive research and suggest improvements for listings. • Perform regular merchandising audits and implement necessary updates. • Optimize listings by adding relevant SEO terms and search filter attributes. • Investigate and troubleshoot listing issues proactively. • Lead case log management, follow-ups, and resolution with Amazon Seller Support. • Lead new client account launches, coach clients through the onboarding process, and ensure smooth execution of merchandising and operations tasks.
🎯 Requirements
• Resume in English • English fluency at C1 or C2 level • 3+ years of direct experience in eCommerce merchandising and operational/supply chain management. • 1+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central preferred. • Experience with Walmart, Target, or other eCommerce platforms is a plus. • Excellent English language proficiency, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other productivity tools.
