β’ Lead, optimize, and scale paid search ads (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) β’ Own and manage large ad budgets, ensuring efficient use of spend and maximization of ROI β’ Conduct keyword research, track performance, and optimize for conversion rates and customer acquisition β’ Collaborate with creative teams to test and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and calls-to-action (CTAs) β’ Monitor and optimize paid media channels for acquisition cost, lifetime value (LTV), and overall ROI β’ Partner with other marketing teams to align paid search efforts with other channels β’ Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to leadership
