β€’ Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering teams and ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies. β€’ Manage the engineering resources, budget, and schedule for multiple projects and ensure timely and quality delivery. β€’ Estimate the scope, cost, and timeline of new projects and proposals and prepare statements of work (SOWs) and contracts. β€’ Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and senior management on project status, risks, issues, and expectations. β€’ Identify and resolve any technical, operational, or organizational challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle. β€’ Mentor, coach, and develop engineering talent and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. β€’ Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the software industry and evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 8+ years of experience in software development, architecture, and design, with at least 3 years of experience in leading and managing engineering teams. β€’ Experience in project estimation, project management, resource management, and authoring system and architectural designs. β€’ Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, practices, and methodologies, such as agile, scrum, waterfall, etc. β€’ Skilled in various coding languages, platforms, and tools, such as .NET, C#, Python, SQL Server, JavaScript, React, Angular, Azure, etc. β€’ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. β€’ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
