📋 Description

• Responsible for requirements gathering and analysis, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand and document requirements comprehensively. • Use creative methods to identify compelling, differentiated solutions that effectively address customer needs, align with the business, and drive innovation. • Participate in team roadmap efforts by defining and prioritizing epics and features that align with the business goals and users’ needs. • Effectively manage team backlogs by prioritizing across different categories of work (such as bugs, enhancements, innovation, etc.) and leading through the traditional scrum ceremonies including grooming and sprint planning. • Serve as a market expert and voice of the customer by regularly interacting with customers, deeply understanding their challenges, and leading discovery efforts. • Collaborate extensively within the LINQ ERP Product Team and across various business units (including Engineering, QA, Sales, Support, Client Success, Implementation, UX, and more) to ensure product success, drive successful product releases, and foster a robust ecosystem. • Stay informed regarding the competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for differentiation to shape product strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or a combination of education and work experience in a related field. • 2-5 years product management experience with complex business applications; financial, human resources / payroll, or highly regulated industries. EdTech preferred. • Experience managing web applications and complex back-office systems. • Strong knowledge of the product management life cycle process and ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. • Experience in diagramming and modeling during requirements gathering sessions using techniques such as activity diagramming, use cases, and flowcharts. • Ability to gather business requirements and develop appropriate technology and business solutions: experience using hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases. • Experience creating and managing product roadmaps, including effectively communicating updates, changes, and strategic shifts to stakeholders. • Proven experience setting and managing OKR’s, ensuring alignment between product initiatives and broader business goals.
