Description

• The Project Manager (PM) manages all aspects of designated customer accounts in project delivery. • The PM works collaboratively with internal and client-facing technical and management staff. • The PM drives the projects to ensure timely delivery of quality software products and services. • The PM should have excellent organization, written, and communication skills. • This position reports to the Director of Services Delivery - State Nutrition. • Travel within the USA may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience • 3-5 years of work experience managing large, complex client software implementations • Proven to be highly motivated, self-directed individual with minimum oversight • Escalates appropriately in a timely manner any issues, late deliverables or client risks • Strong customer-service/people skills • Experience managing multiple large-scale projects
