Description

• Providing essential services to field staff and volunteers. • Offering this support frees field staff for direct ministry with kids, optimizes financial contributions, and ensures careful stewardship of the mission's assets. • The position includes project management guidance and technical expertise to further the mission of Young Life. • Effectively manage projects for new or improved business processes and initiatives, including all project activities. • Lead organizational change management activities as assigned. • Facilitate project management processes and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. • Select and recruit project teams; organize team meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree. • Scrum, Agile and/or SAFE certification desired or willingness to gain certifications. • PROSCI certification desired or willingness to gain certification. • Three years direct work experience in a lead project management, business analyst and/or organizational change management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution. • Previous experience/involvement in Young Life or a large non-profit a plus. • Experience with Microsoft Project and SmartSheets. • Solid working knowledge of current technologies. • Strong written, interpersonal and oral communication skills. • Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.
