Description

• Lead the internal Program Management Services team • Ensure success of internal clients through effective resource management and SOW creation • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders • Oversee allocation and management of resources across multiple internal projects • Drive program growth by enhancing internal services • Partner with VP of Finance, ensuring financial health and alignment • Mentor and manage a team of program management professionals • Gather feedback for service improvements

Requirements

• 8+ years in account management, customer success, or related roles within an agency services model. • Proven experience in managing P&L and understanding financial metrics. • Experience in creating and managing SOWs and project contracts for internal clients. • Demonstrated ability to manage resources effectively across multiple internal projects to meet organizational needs. • Experience leading and mentoring teams, with a focus on professional development and team performance. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. • A strong interest in Open Source, experience and exposure a plus but not required
