• 6+ years of experience in national account management, with a focus on the OOH channel or related industries. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within a regional scope. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding and motivating sales teams. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. • Willingness to travel within the region to meet with clients and attend industry events
