β€’ The Regional Field Marketing Manager (RMM) is responsible for driving Liquid Death brand awareness and trial via retail promotions, sampling and event sales in assigned priority and secondary markets β€’ The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in these key areas: Grassroots marketing and/or CPG sales merchandising experience and strong local connections to the Chicago market β€’ A unique enthusiasm for life represented by a passion for cultural experiences across action sports, street art, music hip-hop/rap, punk/rock, and nightlife and the ability to leverage these passions into appropriate activities for Liquid Death β€’ Experience negotiating sponsorship agreements with ability to measure ROI β€’ Ability to anticipate and solve logistical challenges before they occur β€’ Ability to lead/manage Brand Ambassadors, but also get involved in their work load execution if needed β€’ Exhibit high sense of urgency, be well organized, possess a great attitude, be a team player and have the ability to build strong working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders β€’ Experience inspiring confidence and quickly capturing the trust and respect of team/business partners β€’ Prior successes in driving the creative process (creative mind)

Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor degree in business preferred but not required β€’ A minimum of 4+ years of relatable beverage industry Field Sales Marketing or Regional Field Sales experience that required leadership/management of both Brand Ambassadors and Distributor partner relationships β€’ Previous sale platform reporting experience (Qlikview or VIP) preferred but not required β€’ Intermediate Excel skills (data entry, basic report generation) and PowerPoint presentation and negotiation skills β€’ Intermediate level PowerPoint presentation and negotiation skills β€’ Excellent organization & communication skills, ability to multi-task and work within ambiguity and high pressure situations β€’ Ability to work some nights and weekends β€’ Must be located in the Chicago, IL market β€’ Domestic travel up to 40% (mostly regional and to Liquid Death events) β€’ Possess a valid driver's license with access to a registered vehicle (vehicle stipend and fuel card will be provided until given company car)
