Description

• Seeking a Mid-Market Regional Sales Director to sell Lively’s benefits solutions • Targeting employee benefits brokers who manage clients with 100-2,000 employees • Responsible for driving growth by partnering with different entities • Conduct inbound and outbound sales discussions with brokers • Manage a pipeline of leads and develop relationships • Partner with marketing and product teams to execute sales strategy • Provide market feedback to refine ideal customer profile • Role involves a mix of transactional and solutions-oriented sales motions

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in outbound sales in HR-tech or employee benefits • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota • Proficient in Salesforce CRM and other sales automation softwares • Working knowledge of health insurance or employee benefits • Desire and commitment to succeed in sales • Impeccable presentation skills • Experience building out a territory and creating new business opportunities • Highly interpersonal, solutions-oriented, and analytical • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment • Good sense of humor and down-to-earth personality
