• Seek to manage and grow a team of Regional Sales Directors selling employee benefits • Focus on the Mid-Market segment • Adapt sales motions and improve broker channel processes • Establish and analyze sales performance metrics

Requirements

• 10+ years of sales-related experience, preferably at an employee benefits carrier, with at least 5+ years in a people management role • Proven track record of leading high performing sales teams and performance management • Proven success in value selling and consultative sales strategy • Adept at working in Salesforce and other sales tools • Demonstrated excellence in project management, presentation, and leadership skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Success in working with various stakeholders, including complex contract negotiations • Good sense of humor and down-to-earth personality • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred, but not required
