Description

• The Data Analyst is responsible for assisting corporate business departments with analyses, report generation and special projects that may arise. • This position is part of the DART (Data Analytics Rotational Training) program and is a key role in providing analyses and insight for management to make informed decisions. • The DART program is looking to develop business users who understand the value behind the insights that lead analytical initiatives. • Rotations enable analysts to build competencies across a spectrum of subjects to accelerate growth. • Responsibilities include interpreting data, providing insights, collaborating cross-departmentally, and creating forecasting models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, Accounting, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field • 0-2 years of previous experience in a related role • Microsoft Office – Proficient with products such as Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint • Organization – creating and keeping easy to read files, allowing easy transition of projects and review backside data/calculations • Technical Comprehension – learn/understand data and formulas that are used to determine performance metrics • Complex problem solving – identifying problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate potential solutions • Detail oriented – strong desire for accuracy is critical • Critical thinking – Using logic and reasoning to identify conclusions or approaches to problems • Communication – Excellent written and verbal communication • Collaboration – Avoiding and resolving conflicts that may arise when working with new team members • Active listening – Giving full attention to what other people are saying and taking time to understand the points being made • Time management – ability to prioritize workload and manage time spent on projects
