• Develop and maintain pricing models to support business decisions. • Determine factors that affect pricing and delivers the lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability, and ability to meet contractual requirements. • Provide recommendations to optimize pricing strategies and improve profitability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze relevant data. • Recommend improvement actions by analyzing and interpreting data, along with input from team members and internal process partners. • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a pricing role of exterior maintenance services (snow removal, landscaping, high pressure cleaning, porter services, parking lot maintenance, pressure washing, etc) • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance preferred. • Advanced Excel skills. • Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or Anaplan a plus • Excellent written/verbal communication skills. • Problem solver with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment while being able to take initiative and manage time effectively. • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deliverables and projects.
