Description

• Develops and owns the short-term strategic direction of assigned product group • Ensures that Littelfuse’s existing and new products drive profitable growth • Creates procedures to support the Littelfuse short-term strategy • Confronts and solves performance/operational issues to improve efficiency and meet goals • Partners with Senior Leadership to create short-term strategy of assigned product group • Leads professionals and/or managers to ensure that goals of the team align to overall company strategy • Establishes systems to collect metrics and analyze customer needs for continued growth and profitability

Requirements

• Bachelor or university degree • 10+ years of experience • Management experience • Deep knowledge of product management practices • Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred • Advanced knowledge in MS Office • Strong analytical skills • Strong communication skills • High attention to detail
