📋 Description
• The Territory Manager is responsible for supervising the performance and direction of commercial agents within their assigned area. • Manage direct clients in the market and promote alignment with company guidelines. • Ensure the achievement of sales targets, margin, and customer satisfaction. • Supervise and guide third-party commercial agents, ensuring compliance with company policies. • Conduct quarterly business reviews with each agent, analyzing sales performance and profit margin. • Accountable for the territory's sales quota and monitor payment terms with hospitals and payers. • Identify and explore growth opportunities, maintaining a strong field presence. • Work in synergy with various departments to ensure an integrated approach within the territory. • Ensure a high-quality customer experience and act as the primary representative of the company to clients.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical devices. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • MBA is a plus. • Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the healthcare, medical devices industry. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving sales performance. • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. • Proficiency in sales analytics, forecasting, and CRM tools. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Fluency in English is a plus. • Willingness to travel as needed.
