• Organizing aspects of Corporate Compliance and HIPAA Privacy Programs • Performing policy, risk assessment, and documentation reviews • Coordinating breach and disclosure assessment and reporting • Assisting with compliance-related audits and identifying issues • Preparing written reports and facilitating recommendations for corrective action
🎯 Requirements
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required. • Privacy or compliance certification or designation required. • A combination of education, certification and relevant work experience may substitute the degree requirement • 2-4 years in a role with direct responsibility of privacy and/or compliance duties • Knowledge of state and federal privacy laws required. • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
